Loan Periods & Fees

Effective August 6, 2019: Our Fines & Fees have changed. They are now by MATERIAL TYPE, regardless of the age of the account holder. See below for more information.

Delinquent accounts may be forwarded to a collection agency. An additional service charge is levied for each overdue account referred to the collection agency. $20.00
An administrative fee will be charged for NSF returned cheques $40.00  
Replacement fee for lost card $3.00  
Copier Fee - Letter Size Black / Colour $0.15 / $0.50
Copier Fee - Oversized Paper $0.30
Printing - Black / Colour $0.15 / $0.50

Damaged or Lost Items

 

The charge for lost or damaged material is based on the full replacement cost of the item. HST will be applied to all material deemed non-print. REPLACEMENT OR DONATED COPIES IN LIEU ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

 

The replacement fee is refundable if a lost item is found within three months of payment and the payment receipt accompanies the material. Refunds over $20 will be issued by cheque within 30 days of refund request.
