Interlibrary Loan (ILLO)
Once you have determined that the book you wish to borrow is not owned by Aurora Public Library, our Information Staff can process a request on your behalf OR you can use the patron self-serve Interlibrary Loan system to place the request anywhere you have Internet access, at your own convenience. Library users must have a valid library card in good standing and have an Interlibrary Loan patron record created in the INFO system by our staff. To register, provide your full name, email address/phone number and library card number to staff at the Information Desk.
For Interlibrary Loan renewals, contact the Library at least two days in advance, 905-727-9494 ext. 211.
