 Comments: This book of woodland photos will amaze you. The pages are filled with beautiful pictures of the creatures that live in the forest – shown in life size. Get a close up look at those animals that usually hide when you come near. See insects that you might never have noticed before. Each double page of illustration is actually made up of about 60 individual photos that have been merged to create one scene of the animals and their habitat. The result is incredibly beautiful and fascinating. Author Nic Bishop includes information about the insects and animals and includes tips on how you can explore when you go into the woods.
