Paws 4 Stories is a literacy program for beginning and struggling readers who have a unique opportunity to read to a dog and make a friend! Dogs and their owners are trained and generously provided by St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program.
If you would like to sign up for a 30 minute session, please register at the Children and Young Adult Information Desk. Children may register for up to 2 sessions. Children may bring their own books, or a Library staff member can select some materials.
Participants must give 24 hours notice if they cannot attend. Punctuality is important for this program, if you will be late please notify Library staff.
