Aboriginal Slapsticks or clappers are a type of rhythm instrument used by Aboriginal Australians.  Unlike drumsticks, which are generally used to strike a drum, slapsticks are intended for striking one stick on another.  We will be using an assortment of materials to create and decorate homemade Aboriginal Slapsticks.
